(Item 008402) Include Route Selection (X'2B') CV on SESSST                      
              format X'03' RU

CV X'2B' is included in the format X'01' (subarea) version of the SESSST        
RU.  When the format X'03' (DLUR) version was created, this CV was not          
included.  Its inclusion is now requested to provide better problem             
determination capability.                                                       
                                                                                
The proposal is to add CV X'2B' to format X'03' of the SESSST RU.  The          
DLUR will need to copy the CV X'2B' which appears in the BIND request           
and add it to the SESSST.  The DLUS will need to handle the new CV on           
SESSST format X'03'.
